Community Center Rental Prices

The Community Center rental prices and have been posted to the web site.


Powell Park Truck, Tractor and Wagon

Fran McAtee, Bill Vileta and JC Miller have volunteered their time and talents to make a wooden Truck, Tractor and Wagon for Powell Park. Donations are needed to help purchase the materials. Please send or bring your donations to the maintenance office.



Fish Stocking Rules

All fish stocking has to go through the Holiday Lake Board of Directors



Powell Shelter Reservations

Effective October 11,2007, There will be a $50.00 non-refundable charge for the use of the Powell Shelter due when the shelter is reserved. In addition to this charge, a $50.00 deposit is also due when reserved. This deposit will be refunded after the event has taken place and cleaned to the Holiday Lake Maintenance personnell specifications.



Donation from 2007 Poker Run

On 4-12-08 another $725.00 dollars was donated to the fish fund from the 2007 poker run. This money will be earmarked for the purchase of black crappies for the  lake sometime this year.

Billing and Stickers for 2008

The billing for 2008 has been mailed, please contact the Holiday Lake Maintenance Office if you have not received your invoice by March 1, 2008. A new vehicle registration is required to be filled out and returned with your payment before stickers will be issued. This is a 1/2 sheet printed on orange paper.

The vehicle stickers for 2008 are square and numbered. Please reference the back of these stickers when you receive them.

All guests must have a guest pass and be accompanied by lot owner when using any facilities within the Holiday Lake Subdivision.

Any person without a current recreational sticker displayed after May 1, will be charged with a corporate assessment in the amount of $15.00 in addition to the cost of sticker.
