BOARD MEETINGS:
Meetings are held on the Second THURSDAY of each month at 6:30 P.M. at the Community Center.

HOLIDAY LAKE MAINTENANCE COMPANY: The Holiday Lake Maintenance Company is in charge of all maintenance and repair on roads, parks, beach, dams and equipment. The Office/Maintenance Building is located at 101 Buena Vista Drive (north entrance to Holiday Lake, near Powell Park), Brooklyn, IA 52211. The phone number is (641) 522-7686.

FEES: Maintenance fees are due on April 1st of each year, and run through March 31st of the next year. The membership votes on the annual budget at the annual fall meeting each year.

ATTENTION! All stickers must be purchased and applied on all vehicles by May 1st of each year.

BOARD OF DIRECTORS: Holiday Lake consists of 6 units with lots located in each of these units. Directors are members who choose to run for a position on the board. An election of board members is held at every fall meeting. Two directors are up for election each year, and when elected, they will serve a term of three years.
